1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zelevation website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon project completion and milestone sign-off, client deliverables (custom code, graphics, databases) are transferred 100% to the client. All brand assets of Zelevation remain proprietary to Zelevation.

3. Custom Project Terms

Specific project requirements, milestone details, payment schedules, and deliverable SLAs are outlined separately in individual client contracts signed at our Patna corporate office.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined under the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
